CMA Office Guarantees and Refund Policy

When you purchase an International Driving Permit (IDP) from the International Drivers Association (IDA), you are covered by our comprehensive Guarantees and Refund Policy. For any inquiries, please contact us via email at [email protected], use the website chat widget, or call us.

Global Acceptance Guarantee or Money Back

Your IDP from the IDA is guaranteed to be accepted worldwide. If not accepted in the countries listed, you are entitled to a full refund.

To claim your refund:

1. Contact Customer Service via chat, email, or phone.

2. Submit supporting documents proving the IDP's rejection.

3. Receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Eligible Orders:

- Rejected by car rental agencies (with documentary evidence)

- Rejected by traffic authorities in listed countries (with documentary evidence)

- Claims within three (3) years from order placement

Fast DigCMAl IDP Delivery or Money Back:

- Receive your DigCMAl IDP within two (2) hours, or within twenty (20) minutes with express processing.

- If we fail to deliver within these timeframes, you will receive a full refund.

Note:

  • Applications must be complete and approved to qualify.
  • Incomplete applications are excluded from this guarantee.

Unlimited Free Replacements

Enjoy free replacements throughout the validity of your IDP. We handle everything and ship replacements to the address provided in your order.

Eligible orders:

  • All DigCMAl IDP copies
  • Lost printed copies of the IDP booklet and/or complementary card to the same address
  • Orders with tracking history indicating non-delivery

Shipping Upgrades or Address Changes

If you need to upgrade shipping or change the delivery address:

- We cover the printing and IDP issuance costs; you only pay for shipping.

30-Day Refund Policy

Cancel your IDP application within two (2) hours of placing the order for a refund.

  • A 15% printing and handling fee applies for cancellations after this grace period.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  • Priority processing fees are non-refundable.

This refund policy applies to orders not rejected by traffic authorities. Refunds also apply to orders without evidence of rejection by traffic authorities or car rental agencies.

Eligible orders:

  • Unused IDPs
  • Refund requests for IDPs not rejected by traffic authorities or car rental agencies
  • Refund requests without documentary evidence of rejection by traffic authorities or car rental agencies

Additional Refund Conditions

  • If the customer orders a DigCMAl+Print version and the DigCMAl is already processed, and the customer wants a refund because they only need the DigCMAl version, we will refund only the difference.
  • Priority processing fees are non-refundable.
  • If the IDP is shipped and the customer requests a refund, the shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Orders are non-refundable under these conditions:
  • Without documentary evidence of IDP rejection by traffic authorities or car rental agencies.
